Globist ne yapar
Globist, dünyanın farklı ülkelerindeki haber kaynaklarının başlıklarını bir araya getirir ve senin diline çevirir; yapay zekâyla bu başlıklardan günün kısa özetlerini hazırlar. Haberin tamamı her zaman yayıncının kendi sayfasında açılır. Globist haber üretmez, yayıncının metnini kendi içinde göstermez ve ücretli içerik duvarlarını aşmaz.
Hesap
Uygulamanın çoğu bölümü hesapsız çalışır. Hesap açarsan verdiğin bilgilerin doğru olmasından ve hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun. Hesabını istediğin an uygulamadan silebilirsin.
Davet kodları
Davet kodları isteğe bağlıdır ve ek kullanım hakkı verebilir. Kodları satmak, toplu üretmek ya da sahte hesaplarla kullanmak yasaktır; bu durumda haklar geri alınabilir.
Yapay zekâ özellikleri
Globist AI'nin yazdığı özetler yalnızca yayıncıların başlıklarına dayanır; hata içerebilir, eksik ya da güncel olmayabilir. Haberin kendisi yayıncının sayfasındadır; önemli konularda kaynağı kontrol et. Yapay zekâ çıktıları hukuki, tıbbi ya da finansal tavsiye değildir. Özetleri okumak ve hazırlamak hesap gerektirir; yeni özet hazırlama hakları günlük bir sınıra ve bütün kullanıcılar için ortak bir günlük sınıra bağlıdır.
Kullanım kuralları
- Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanma.
- Servise otomatik araçlarla aşırı yük bindirme, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışma.
- Başkalarının hesaplarına erişmeye çalışma.

Başlıklar ve bağlantılar ilgili yayıncılara aittir; sorumluluk da onlara aittir. Bir yayıncıysan ve içeriğinin Globist'te görünmesini istemiyorsan globist.app@gmail.com adresine yaz, kaldıralım.
Hizmetin sürekliliği
Globist "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz çalışacağını, her kaynağın her zaman erişilebilir olacağını ya da çevirilerin kusursuz olacağını garanti etmiyoruz. Özellikler değişebilir ya da kaldırılabilir.
Sorumluluk
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde Globist, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Koşulların sona ermesi

By using Globist you agree to these terms.
What Globist does
Globist gathers headlines from news sources around the world and translates them into your language, and uses AI to prepare short summaries of the day from those headlines. The full article always opens on the publisher's own page. Globist does not write news, does not reproduce a publisher's article inside the app, and does not bypass paywalls.
Accounts
Most of the app works without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide and for keeping your account secure. You can delete your account from the app at any time.
Invite codes
Invite codes are optional and may grant extra usage rights. Selling codes, generating them in bulk or using them with fake accounts is not allowed, and any rights granted may be withdrawn.
AI features
Summaries written by Globist AI are based only on publishers' headlines and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. The story itself is on the publisher's page; check the source on anything important. AI output is not legal, medical or financial advice. Reading and preparing summaries requires an account; the right to prepare new summaries is subject to a daily limit and to a daily limit shared by all users.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
- Do not overload the service with automated tools or attempt to bypass its security.
- Do not attempt to access other people's accounts.
Third-party content
Headlines and links belong to their publishers, who are responsible for them. If you are a publisher and do not want your content to appear in Globist, write to globist.app@gmail.com and we will remove it.
Availability
Globist is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, that every source is always reachable, or that translations are flawless. Features may change or be removed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Globist is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Ending these terms
You can end these terms at any time by deleting your account. We may restrict access in case of serious breaches of these rules.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is published here and the date is updated.
